Categorisation of Houses:
1) Kendras: 1, 4, 7, 10
2) Panapheras: 2, 5, 8, 11
3) Apokilimas: 3, 6, 9, 12

5) Dhana Sthanas: 2, 11
6) Upchaya Sthana: 3, 6, 10, 11
7) Trik Sthana: 6, 8, 12
8) Ayu Sthana: 8, 3
Mid Cusp:
It is the mid point of each bhava. Nakshatra Lord of the Mid Cusp is very important as it is the key point to give Sukham, and hence it is called Sukhadipati.
It is the Lagna that rises at the time of Sunrise on the day when the native was born. Hence, it is the sign where the Sun is placed in the Natal Chart.
Lagna Lord:
is important as it is one of the Kendras as well as Trikonas. Even a natural malefic planet posited in Lagna loses its maleficence.
Tenth Lord:
it is the karaka for Raj Yoga. It is one of the most important houses, as it is believed that even if all the important houses of a horoscope arent strong except 10th house, one can have all kinds of luxuries in life.
Seventh House:
It is a Maraka Sthana, and hence is not a pious Kendra.
Fourth House:
It is one of the most pious Kendras. being the Vishnu sthana, it promises nurturing qualities. Education, Etiquettes, manners, bank balance, conveyance, jewellery - all is seen from 4th house.
